Description

Lead application development lifecycles and provide technical guidance to junior team members in Baton Rouge, LA.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, and document application programs following established standards.
• Identify and resolve program, machine, data, or system software problems.
• Review programmer work to ensure data integrity and system availability.
• Evaluate user change requests to determine technical tasks and system impact.
• Serve as a technical liaison between programmers and supervisory personnel.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application development.
• Proven experience with C# and ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Experience with Angular and web-based distributed solutions.
• Background as a Solution, Enterprise, Applications, Integration, or DevOps Architect.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Knowledge of JCL or other control languages and system utilities.
• Degree required: Any Graduate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, or VueJS.
• Familiarity with SSIS, IIS, Bootstrap, and FileNet.
• Knowledge of Scrum, DevOps CI/CD practices, and Microservices/SOA.
