Description

You will lead technical migration activities, focusing on data extraction, conversion, and ingestion into FileNet.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application code and fixes to support migration solutions.
• Formulate logic for data extraction, conversion, and ingestion processes.
• Develop proof of concepts using data sampling and create repeatable data transformations.
• Create data maps and field-level mappings to align source data with destination requirements.
• Maintain the migration schedule, including timelines, testing plans, and reconciliation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, development, or data migrations.
• 4+ years of experience with Db2 and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• 3+ years of experience in ETL (extraction, transformation, load) processes.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core, Angular, Telerik, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, API services, CSS, and HTML5.
• Experience working with Enterprise Content Management application repositories.
• Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex program logic.
• Ability to work flexible hours or weekends for urgent migration tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FileNet P8 Platform, Object Stores, and Taxonomy.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL code.
• Experience with C#, VB.Net, Kofax Capture, or IBM DataCap.
