Description

You will lead data conversion efforts by designing and executing ETL processes to migrate legacy data to new system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data conversion scope, mapping rules, and transformation strategies.
• Develop independent program modules using SSIS based on provided designs and storyboards.
• Create and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and performance tuning for SSIS programs.
• Provide technical mentorship, documentation, and knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application development using ETL tools and SSIS.
• Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries in a SQL Server environment.
• Proven experience creating and maintaining SQL Server Agents (SSA).
• Strong background in relational database environments and data mapping.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot data integrity issues and program performance bottlenecks.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub version control and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with Jira, mainframe systems, and Lotus Notes.
• Background in large-scale public sector IT conversion projects.
