Description

You will design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions across Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate cloud flows and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via connectors and APIs.
• Implement role-based security, data loss prevention (DLP) policies, and environmental strategies.
• Develop reusable components, patterns, and templates aligned with Client standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and citizen developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• 5+ years demonstrating a strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
• 5+ years experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Expertise in on-Prem and Cloud RDBMS and Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries and role-based access control.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.
• Experience with Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
