Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions, integrating them with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical designs for Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows.
• Implement role-based security, DLP policies, and environmental strategies across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Develop reusable components and patterns aligned with client standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and citizen developers.
• Manage ALM processes and environment strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• 5+ years demonstrating strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategy.
• 5+ years experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Expertise in on-Prem and Cloud RDBMS and Dataverse data models, business rules, and security roles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries and role-based access control.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.
• Experience with Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
