Description

Manage and optimize enterprise Checkmarx SAST configuration to increase security coverage and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand Checkmarx configurations to improve scanning effectiveness.
• Provide expert third-level support and troubleshoot complex technology integration issues.
• Drive vendor accountability to ensure product defects are addressed.
• Support patching, upgrades, and business continuity testing.
• Collaborate with Application Security Champions, development teams, and offshore partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application security experience.
• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• Checkmarx or equivalent SAST tool experience.
• Custom rule development within SAST tools.
• 3+ years of scripting experience, preferably with Python.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD technologies including Jira, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom rule development for SAST tools.
