Senior Application Security Engineer

You will lead vulnerability assessments and security mitigation efforts across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability assessments using Veracode SAST, DAST, and Nexus IQ.
• Detect and mitigate vulnerabilities based on OWASP Top 10 (2013/2017) standards.
• Manage security workflows within ServiceNow and Jira.
• Integrate security checks into build systems including Bamboo, Jenkins, or AWS native tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application security.
• Subject matter expertise in vulnerability assessments.
• Deep knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerability detection and mitigation.
• Experience with Veracode SAST and DAST.
• Experience with Nexus IQ.
• Familiarity with .NET or Java.
• Experience using IDEs such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, or IntelliJ IDEA.
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with build systems like Bamboo, Jenkins, or AWS native build tools.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in .NET or Java development environments.
