Description

You will design and oversee the technical architecture for global Contact Center infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Propose future state architecture using cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for scalability, security, and integration potential.
• Define software architecture and design roadmaps by gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations to execute technical solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and align technical designs with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years as a Contact Center Solution Architect focusing on cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of AWS and cloud-native architectural patterns.
• Experience with cloud security tools including IAM, KMS, and Security Groups.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in application optimization, performance tuning, and scaling strategies.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical planning and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center platforms such as Genesys, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
• Deep expertise in DevOps methodologies.
