Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory environments and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues, including user accounts, groups, and permissions.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues within established timelines.
  • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory in large enterprise environments.
  • 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
  • Strong working knowledge of DNS and WINS.
  • Experience executing security initiatives related to Active Directory.
  • Proven troubleshooting methodology and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any Graduate degree.
