Description

Provide Level 2/3 production support for BlackRock Aladdin and front office applications, resolving issues in trade execution, booking, and confirmations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve production issues impacting portfolio and order management.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with technology and business teams.
• Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Build automation scripts, preferably in Python, to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in production releases and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and front office workflows.
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing large datasets.
• Scripting experience, preferably in Python, for automation.
• Understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle.
• Ability to interact effectively with business users and technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with global operating models and incident management.
