You will maintain legacy Natural and VB6 environments while executing data migrations to modern CCWIS-compliant platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage legacy Natural code, resolving issues in the production environment.
• Develop SQL and Natural scripts for source data analysis, deduplication, and integrity cleanup.
• Plan and execute data migration for notifications and alerts from legacy platforms to CCWIS solutions.
• Contribute to the development of new features and system functionalities aligned with future-state designs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in technical planning sessions and inter-agency collaborations.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience with Natural programming language.
• 10 years of experience with Visual Basic 6 (VB6).
• 10 years of experience with SQL programming.
• Experience with .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
• Proven track record of maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting legacy systems in production.
• Expertise in data integration, batch processing, and file-based interface routines.
• Experience with code refactoring, modularization, and system-to-system migration planning.
• Proficiency with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or TFS.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with SACWIS, MACWIS, or CCWIS systems.
