Description

You will own production support for critical business applications and payment gateway systems. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and database-related incidents.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and service availability using observability tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and support incident and problem management processes.
• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders for issue resolution using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or product support.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL databases for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows support and environments.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
• Required experience in incident and problem management.

Preferred Skills

• AWS cloud knowledge and support for cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management and change coordination.
• Background in payment gateway or financial systems support.
