Description

You will own the end-to-end resolution of application incidents and ensure continuous system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident management across L1, L2, and L3 support tiers with full ownership of the resolution lifecycle.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying root causes and developing contingency plans.
• Manage code migrations across environments and maintain records of all configuration changes.
• Monitor application performance metrics and document technical processes.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to propose functionality improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support roles.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix commands and system troubleshooting.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and scripting languages.
• Proven ability to manage code migrations and application updates.
• Experience managing incidents from initial report to final resolution.
• Strong communication skills for regular interaction with clients and management.
• Bachelor's degree.
