Description

You will own the operational stability and continuous improvement of deployed robotics and warehouse automation systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues across UI, localization, sensor calibration, and system integration during live operations.
• Investigate and resolve complex, system-level failures, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
• Lead deep root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes with development teams.
• Deploy CI/CD updates to client sites, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
• Document issues, root causes, and solutions for internal knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support for deployed robotics and warehouse automation systems.
• Expertise in Application Support and Troubleshooting methodologies.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with System Integration and Robotics Systems.
• Strong ability to perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring setup and telemetry configuration for production debugging.
• Experience maintaining and improving deployment scripts and automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with warehouse automation systems and automation workflows.
• Familiarity with sensor calibration and localization systems.
