Description

Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise retail applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing software and system issues across proprietary and third-party platforms.
• Support and maintain .NET applications, SQL Server databases, and SSIS packages.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring incidents.
• Utilize PowerShell and T-SQL to optimize backend processes, automate operational workflows, and tune SQL queries.
• Participate in production release engineering, deployment support on a rotating basis, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Systems Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to support enterprise retail or eCommerce applications.
• Strong database troubleshooting, query optimization, and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Experience with incident management, defect resolution, and ITIL support processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM platforms, POS systems, or order management systems.
• Exposure to Azure or cloud-based infrastructure environments.
