Description

You will own the resolution of complex production incidents and drive permanent fixes for .NET and SQL Server environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex production incidents escalated from L2 teams or monitoring systems.
• Perform deep root-cause analysis and implement permanent code or configuration fixes.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting using logs, diagnostic tools, and telemetry data.
• Support complex release deployments, production changes, and SDLC defect fixes.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve service reliability and reduce manual toil.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support or SRE roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek and Underwriting platform systems.
• Proven track record of providing L3 support for mission-critical applications.
• Experience with production support functions, including security remediation.
• Knowledge of DR/patch testing processes and disaster recovery procedures.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnostics to identify system bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation scripting for incident response or deployment.
• Familiarity with underwriting workflows and insurance domain logic.
