Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for Bloomberg TOMS, FIS, and TPG applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance, batch jobs, and interfaces to ensure daily operational stability.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, infrastructure, and development teams for complex issue resolution.
• Manage application releases, upgrades, patches, and environment changes in compliance with audit requirements.
• Support finance operations including transactions, reconciliations, settlements, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application support for Bloomberg TOMS, FIS, and TPG systems.
• Proficient in SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows environments.
• Understanding of financial systems and transaction processing workflows.
• Ability to prepare incident reports, service metrics, and support documentation.
• Willingness to participate in on-call and weekend support rotations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Third-Party Gateway or Treasury Processing Gateway architectures.
