Key Responsibilities ·        Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for Aladdin and related front office applications. ·        Investigate and resolve production issues impacting portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and confirmations. ·        Perform root cause analysis, coordinate with BlackRock, technology and business teams, and drive issues through to resolution. ·        Develop and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis. ·        Build automation scripts, preferably using Python, to improve operational efficiency and monitoring. ·        Participate in production releases, change management activities, and continuous service improvement initiatives. ·        Support a global operating model with collaboration across regional teams and participation in incident management. Required Skills ·        8–10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications. ·        Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin, including front office workflows. ·        Good understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle and front office business processes. ·        Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets. ·        Scripting experience, preferably in Python, for automation and operational tooling. ·        Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technology teams
