Description

You will own the technical stability and process improvement of application environments in Pune.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical assignments and resolve production issues with urgency.
• Automate manual and repeatable day-to-day tasks to drive efficiency.
• Document technical processes and train junior team members.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to increase quality and reliability.
• Lead technical projects and communicate progress directly to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical application support, system administration, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with J2EE middleware such as WebLogic, WebSphere, Karaf, Apache, or JBoss.
• Strong Linux skills with the ability to navigate and manage servers via command line.
• Proficiency with PL/SQL and relational database technologies.
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex application issues.
• Experience using deployment and automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
• Ability to handle PHI and PII data according to established policies.
• Availability for occasional off-hours work, including weekends, for production upgrades.
