Description

You will own the lifecycle of advanced user and system support for enterprise applications, blending remote and onsite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues independently.
• Support deployment, implementation, and configuration of enterprise applications.
• Analyze user requirements and design software modifications to optimize performance.
• Develop and deliver user training for software and hardware systems.
• Cross-functional collaboration, including mentoring junior staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in front-end and back-end support of third-party applications.
• Hands-on expertise with Java-based web applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database development (Oracle/MS SQL).
• Strong scripting experience with JavaScript, Groovy, and XML.
• Experience with application deployment, configuration, and debugging.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues without supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with asset management systems.
• Background in technical support, system administration, or application development.
