Senior Application Support Specialist

You will manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer software application programs.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software application programs within the environment.
• Operate and maintain existing software applications to ensure stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application software.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks for hosted applications.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application support or middleware roles.
• Hands-on experience with ITX.
• Hands-on experience with WTX.
• Proficiency with OS Unix.
• Proficiency with Linux.
• Experience as a Middleware Consultant.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
