Lead the technical integration and centralization of application services into a unified IT structure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current application support responsibilities across business units to identify consolidation opportunities and eliminate redundancies.
• Lead the technical integration of application services into a centralized IT structure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define application dependencies, support needs, and service-level requirements.
• Develop standardized processes and procedures for application support and maintenance.
• Support transition planning, role realignment, and staff onboarding during support model changes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support or technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading application integration or centralization within complex organizational structures.
• Deep understanding of application lifecycle management, infrastructure support, and IT service delivery.
• Experience working with public-sector organizations and navigating government IT governance models.
• Ability to assess current-state operations and design effective transition strategies.
• PMP certification.
• ITIL framework knowledge.
• OCM experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with classification analysis, organizational redesign, and role alignment strategies.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation or OCM initiatives.
