Description

You manage the installation, configuration, and support of enterprise applications within the Platform Services and Applications team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support enterprise applications and web servers.
• Set up and configure system monitors to track service availability and performance.
• Debug complex application issues and manage service capacity.
• Develop and update scripts to automate recurring tasks and processes.
• Coordinate software testing, documentation, and service quality management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with BI application administration and management.
• 7+ years administering Apache, Tomcat, and IIS web and application servers.
• 7+ years working on Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• 5+ years administering IBM Cognos Analytics.
• 5+ years administering Tableau Server.
• 5+ years with Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• 3+ years with job scheduling systems like BMC Control-M.
• 3+ years with Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA, AWS Redshift, or MySQL.
• Experience running services on AWS, including EC2 and storage solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica IICS, Denodo, IBM Planning Analytics, and SQL.
• Experience in regulated industries involving FDA and SEC change management processes.
