Manage and support application systems, analyzing workflows to drive improvements and maintain stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application workflows and system requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including maintenance, updates, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-level issues to minimize downtime.
• Support end-users by addressing business application needs and answering technical questions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Applications Analyst.
• Proven experience in application analysis and technical support.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues independently.
• Effective communication skills for clear end-user support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
