Description

Lead the design, estimation, and governance of AWS Cloud architecture and application migrations. Architect web applications, event-driven systems, and microservices using cloud-native and serverless technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for architecting, implementing, and operationalizing AWS cloud hosting zones for mission-critical applications.
• Partner with development and infrastructure teams to design hybrid cloud environments and automate full-stack processes.
• Establish coding practices, code review standards, and security protocols across the software lifecycle.
• Containerize and orchestrate images to meet performance, security, and operational standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Java, Jakarta EE, JSON, XML, Hibernate/OpenJPA, SOAP, and REST web services.
• 15+ years of experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud, and Spring Batch.
• 15+ years of experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and establishing coding/security standards.
• 15+ years of experience with Okta, SAML, and JWT.
• 8+ years of experience in AWS architecture, including EC2, ALB, RDS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and IAM.
• 8+ years of experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies.
• 8+ years of experience in SOA and microservices development.
• 5+ years of experience in application migration to AWS and CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Frameworks and network security engineering.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Professional Solutions Architect certification.
