Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable data solutions and pipelines within the Snowflake ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed specifications for data models, schemas, views, and stored procedures using Snowflake features like time travel and zero-copy cloning.
• Build and deploy maintainable data pipelines using SnowSQL and Snowpipe to ingest and transform data across multiple environments.
• Implement data validation, testing, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Debug and troubleshoot software applications to resolve issues during development and deployment.
• Mentor junior developers and document technical specifications, processes, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Snowflake DB, Snowpipe, and SnowSQL.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Experience using Jira for issue tracking.
• Proficiency in industry-standard testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Ability to read and understand code written by other developers.
• Strong analytical thinking for designing solutions to complex requirements.
