Description

You will serve as the technical lead for the Lab Information Management Systems (LIMS) team, owning technical direction and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and work-streams, owning issues from identification to resolution.
• Design, code, debug, test, and document computer programs and graphical user interfaces.
• Advise management on technical strategy and establish the development team’s technical vision.
• Mentor team members, sharing knowledge and modeling best practices for troubleshooting.
• Support disease surveillance systems, including Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) and Rhapsody.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application development and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and VB.Net (WinForms).
• Strong experience with .NET Framework 3.0 or greater.
• Advanced SQL skills for database design and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, XML, SFTP, and SOAP.
• Ability to work within Windows and UNIX environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TFS, Azure, Selenium, and Eclipse.
• Knowledge of Jasper and BI reporting tools.
