Description

Develop and support cloud-native applications using AWS serverless architecture. Own the full lifecycle from design to deployment in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Python and cloud-native AWS services.
• Build front-end interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript.
• Write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK to deploy and manage resources.
• Model business processes using AWS Step Functions.
• Perform code remediation, unit testing, and maintain technical documentation within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud technology platforms and services.
• Proficiency in Python for backend service development.
• Experience with Angular or React using TypeScript for web-based applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and container-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Practical knowledge of AWS CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail for logging and auditing.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, recovery, DevOps, and database management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
