Description

You will build and support cloud-based services using AWS serverless architecture and modern web frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Python and model business processes with AWS Step Functions.
• Build web-based application front-ends using Angular or React with TypeScript.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK or Terraform to deploy cloud applications.
• Manage container-based applications using Docker and AWS Fargate.
• Own code design, documentation, unit testing, and remediation within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in AWS services including Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with Angular or React and TypeScript for web UIs.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong knowledge of DynamoDB or PostgreSQL database management.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications on AWS Fargate.
• Ability to work within Agile processes and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience operating in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within AWS GovCloud.
