Description

You will support and develop business applications for financial accounting, contracts, billing, payroll, and supply chain purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT peers and business users to clarify requirements, design, and implementation.
• Apply development and configuration best practices, including documentation and change management.
• Work with Business and Quality Assurance Analysts to create test plans and verify fixes.
• Perform complex data analysis and deliver data queries or update solutions.
• Troubleshoot data issues within integrated software packages and internally developed software.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL skills.
• Java development experience.
• Experience with application interface and integration using XML web services.
• Background in Financial Systems development and support (CostPoint, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Workday).
• Business Analyst skills to define requirements for solution development.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government aerospace accounting.
