Description

Lead technical development and implementation for ServiceNow solutions, specializing in CMDB expertise and end-to-end product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Standardize development processes and incorporate requirements into scalable designs.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery using BizDevOps principles.
• Deliver user stories, break fixes, and enhancements within established SLA and KPI targets.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all designs and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional programming experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow development, including interfaces.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with ServiceNow System Administration.
• Proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and UI development.
• Working knowledge of XML and structured programming concepts.
• Experience working within SCRUM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of ITIL V3/V4 processes.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Senior ServiceNow Developer.
• ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.
