You will manage the full lifecycle of critical business applications, ensuring security, compliance, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement updates or new features.
• Troubleshoot application issues by coordinating with vendors and DevOps teams for infrastructure support.
• Ensure security and compliance using identity management and vulnerability tools.
• Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting to increase efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application management or systems administration.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience managing enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with security tools like Cyberark, Sailpoint, DUO, or Microsoft Certificate Authority.
• Knowledge of patch management via WSUS / PatchMyPC and endpoint management using Tanium.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools like Tenable Security Center.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments.
• Understanding of application stacks, including integration and infrastructure dependencies.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation and monitoring tools like JAMS / SNAPlogic and Grafana.
