Description

Own the administration, stability, and strategic roadmap of IntApp platforms supporting risk and compliance, including Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day oversight, administration, and stability of IntApp systems and integrations.
• Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to define strategy and implement new solutions.
• Execute application implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise, coach junior analysts, and collaborate with QA on test scripts.

Required Skills

• At least 7 years of information technology experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise platforms.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with IntApp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture (servers, databases, proxies, load balancing, certificates).
• Proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, services, and scheduled tasks.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs, web services, and FTP.
• Competency with SQL Server (development, queries, reporting), Confluence, JIRA, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of monitoring, backups, high availability, disaster recovery, and patching.
