You will manage application stability and monitoring within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems using Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana to identify and close visibility gaps.
• Manage the full lifecycle of events, changes, incidents, and problems.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline support workflows.
• Apply programming knowledge to support application health and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in application support or operations.
• Proficiency with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience using Dynatrace and Grafana for observability.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, and event management processes.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Ability to write code to support an automation-first mindset.
