Description

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI systems, including LLM-powered applications, NLP pipelines, and ML inference infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable data pipelines using Dataflow, Apache Beam, and BigQuery to support model training and feature stores.
• Develop and optimize NLU models, intent classification systems, and dialogue management flows for voice and digital channels.
• Integrate contact center AI with CRM and ticketing systems via APIs and event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub and GCS.
• Design and deploy cloud-native microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and GKE/Kubernetes, managing releases via Jenkins CI/CD.
• Define and maintain SLA, SLO, and SLI metrics in partnership with SREs and product teams to ensure engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for microservice development.
• Experience with GCP services: Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, GCS, and Composer/Airflow.
• Hands-on experience with GKE/Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm Charts).
• Proven track record designing enterprise AI/ML solutions and NLP pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and cloud SDKs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead sprint planning/retrospectives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring people leaders and individual contributors.
• Background in DevSecOps, FinOps KPIs, and secure software development guidelines.
