Description

You will design, implement, and maintain AI features embedded within the core product team to automate payroll functionality using generative AI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, ship, and maintain AI models in production, including natural language interfaces.
• Improve LLMs through pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning (RLHF).
• Own the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, from design and evaluation to deployment.
• Build metrics for LLM-based products to assess performance and purpose-fit.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define business requirements and SLAs for API-enabled services.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing AI and ML models, specifically focused on NLP applications.
• Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining LLM-based applications in production.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience using Python, Ruby, or Java.
• Experience with the full AI lifecycle: designing, pre-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation.
• Ability to research and implement novel AI techniques to improve customer experiences.
• Any Graduate degree.
