You design and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems, focusing on fraud detection and process optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale historical business data to extract insights and automate key operational processes.
• Design, develop, and deploy predictive learning models with a focus on scalability and real-time implementation.
• Research and implement novel statistical approaches for fraud detection and theft prevention in financial transactions.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive real-time model integrations and new feature development.
• Mentor scientists and engineers on ML techniques and evangelize algorithmic improvements across product teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistical Analysis.
• Proficiency in Python for algorithm development and data mining.
• Strong background in Predictive Modeling, Algorithm Development, and Big Data Analytics.
• Experience with model deployment and handling large-scale data analyses.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering and business operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amazon's business data and real-time model implementations.
• Background in fraud detection systems and financial transaction analysis.
• Experience mentoring teams and optimizing business operations through automated processes.
