Description

You will lead the design, management, and operations of the Virginia office while coordinating with the Florida office.

Responsibilities

• Lead local and remote project teams through all phases from design to occupancy.
• Direct and coordinate the work of engineering and other consultants.
• Manage project budgets, deadlines, and office operations.
• Lead marketing efforts for projects across Virginia, Maryland, DC, and West Virginia.
• Nurture client relationships and ensure responsiveness to client needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree.
• Virginia Architect's License (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to perform 3D modeling and rendering.
• Knowledge of construction methods, detailing, specification writing, and building code interpretation.
• Experience in construction administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Architect's licenses for West Virginia, DC, or Maryland.
