Description

You will provide technical leadership for Quality Engineering within an Agile environment, owning the strategy and framework design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical QE strategy and framework design and development.
• Drive automation efforts to handle frequent changes in test requirements.
• Provide technical direction to medium to large engineering teams.
• Manage complex test automation lifecycles without managerial oversight.

Required Skills

• 16+ years of technical leadership experience in Quality Engineering.
• Extensive background in test automation and framework development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Java.
• Deep domain knowledge in SNVC skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
