You will architect and drive complex IT programs from initiation through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily program management activities across the complete program life cycle.
• Define program governance and establish planning frameworks for tracking progress.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial oversight and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple projects, managing interdependencies for seamless delivery.
• Oversee data integration, ingestion, and reconciliation processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery or related field.
• Strong practical experience managing large and complex projects.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and working with ITIL principles.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management.
• Experience with Data Integration.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated Stakeholder Management and Risk Management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Service Level Agreements and service management tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
