Description

Design and implement enterprise components for a scholarship system within Microsoft Azure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate solution and information architecture.
• Develop, test, and deploy enterprise components to Microsoft Azure.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from system analysis to deployment.
• Lead sprint planning activities in coordination with Project Managers.
• Mentor scholarship team members and application developers through knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET (C# preferred) and relational databases (MS SQL or Oracle).
• 8+ years architecting IT systems using Microsoft .NET.
• 5+ years leading teams through all software development stages.
• 5+ years with Test Driven Development, test automation, and Agile methodologies using TFS.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and App Service.
• 3+ years with Angular (7.0+), TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine, and Karma.
• 3+ years with ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
• 2+ years developing cloud architecture, adoption strategies, and cloud-native IT systems on Azure.
• 2+ years migrating .NET applications to Azure and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years with web UI development using JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and MVC.
• 1+ year of experience with .NET CORE 1.0/2.0 using C#.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years integrating 3rd party products such as SendGrid and Cloudmersive.
