Description

You will define and deliver data management and analytics technical solutions for Guidewire InsuranceSuite, spanning data ingress and egress streams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimates derived from Business Requirements Documents.
• Lead data analysts, ETL, and BI developers to assign implementation tasks and deliver sprint goals in an Agile environment.
• Enable offshore teams to deliver business requirements while conforming to Guidewire best practices and standards.
• Coordinate with the PMO for technical leadership and improve internal data team processes and methodology.
• Participate hands-on in creating new tooling to streamline project outcomes and leverage AI for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in delivery roles, including 7+ years leading data analysts and ETL/BI developers.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Kimball-type dimensional models.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and cloud computing skills.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required for client communication.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional competency.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with customer teams.

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain (policies, claims, billing, underwriting).
• Experience with Guidewire Data Platform components: Data Studio, Explore, CDA, Datahub, and InfoCenter.
• Familiarity with data streaming, CDC, and large-scale data migration from legacy systems.
