Description

You will design and deliver end-to-end technical architectures for capital markets business initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions by translating business needs into architectural designs.
• Lead the design of cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
• Provide technical direction across the full lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
• Mentor development and architecture teams to ensure technical excellence and architectural integrity.
• Manage technical debt reduction and the decommissioning of legacy platforms.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of total experience in the technology industry.
• 5+ years in architecture leadership roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience designing cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in integration patterns and service-oriented architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to work within Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) in large, regulated enterprises.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of capital markets domain, regulatory compliance, and risk systems.
• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Architect.
