• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance for all products.
• Influence architectural decisions, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums.

Required Skills

• Extensive leadership experience in identity management, authentication, and authorization.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, including OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and MFA.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and lead complex architectural transformations.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient CIAM solutions for enterprise applications.
• Strong cloud expertise with hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure IAM services.
• 5+ years of experience in identity and security roles.

Preferred Skills

• Recognized thought leader with experience in identity governance bodies like FIDO Alliance.
• Ability to articulate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to design secure, fault-tolerant, and compliance-driven identity systems.
