You will define the strategic vision for Identity and Security architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and leading engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision for Identity and Security architecture, balancing long-term goals with immediate needs.
• Lead and mentor high-performing, cross-functional engineering teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across all products and CIAM solutions.
• Influence architectural decisions and lead complex architectural transformations.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry forums.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and security roles.
• Extensive leadership experience in identity management, authentication, and authorization.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, including OAuth, SAML, OIDC, and MFA.
• Strong cloud expertise with hands-on experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure IAM services.
• Proven track record of leading large engineering teams and setting technical direction.
• Experience designing scalable and resilient CIAM solutions for enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Recognized thought leader with experience in identity governance bodies like FIDO Alliance.
• Proven ability to design secure, fault-tolerant, and compliance-driven identity systems.
