Description

You will design and build cloud-native services across major cloud platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver cloud-native services on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Integrate Salesforce, AgentForce, and Contact Center (5Nine) with Medicaid IT systems.
• Contribute to Health Cloud migration and AI automation solutions.
• Design and implement integration platforms.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Cloud Architecture across GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience integrating Salesforce and AgentForce.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Medicaid IT systems and Health Cloud.
