Description

You will lead the design and delivery of large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects, managing the full lifecycle from concept to completion. This role requires deep expertise in architectural planning, technical documentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development for complex commercial, office, retail, and hospitality projects exceeding 300,000 sq. ft.
• Produce and review working drawings, GFC documents, and construction documentation ensuring technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Manage site coordination and client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control.

Required Skills

• 10–16 years of experience in architectural design, specifically in commercial and mixed-use sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Google SketchUp.
• Strong command of Design Development and Architectural Planning principles.
• Hands-on experience producing Working Drawings and GFC documentation.
• Proven track record in Consultant Coordination and multi-disciplinary project delivery.
• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Healthcare and large-scale Corporate Office projects.
• Background from reputed Architecture Consultancies or Real Estate Developers.
