You will architect scalable, secure microservices-based systems and lead engineering teams to technical excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java 17–21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Architect frontend solutions using React 18, TypeScript, Vite, and Material UI.
• Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering teams, conducting performance reviews and career planning.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring quality, on-time execution, and adherence to technical roadmaps.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system architecture and team management.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong background in microservices, RESTful APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into comprehensive technical execution plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, observability tools, and security best practices.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
