You will own the technical vision and architectural integrity for complex enterprise solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end technical architectures for complex business problems, setting technical standards.
• Manage integration of multiple platforms, developing microservices that connect with Guidewire applications.
• Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps, aligning technical solutions with core business objectives.
• Diagnose critical system issues, overseeing performance optimization and monitoring solution KPIs.
• Partner with C-level executives to guide technical discussions and lead transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in architecture and large-scale software implementation.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance value chain, specifically front-office and mid-office processes.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and Teamcity.
• Experience with version control using Git and project management via Jira/Confluence.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Fluent business-level English communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
