You will lead technical strategy and design end-to-end solutions for complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee technical architectures, customizing systems to meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead enterprise architectural decisions, establishing technical standards and patterns across the organization.
• Drive long-term technology roadmaps (3-5 years) aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Diagnose and resolve critical system issues, overseeing performance optimization and monitoring solution KPIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or a related senior engineering role.
• Expertise in designing and developing microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and application.
• Deep knowledge of the insurance value chain, focusing on front-office and mid-office processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
